Butler Weldments is a manufacturer of fabricated and machined metal products. For over 40 years, this family-owned small business has cultivated strong ties in both the military and commercial sectors, all while focusing on expanding facilities, capabilities, industries, and scope of work.

Establishing a Home

In 1992, Butler Weldment decided to centralize the company, and all New Jersey operations were consolidated at the company’s Cameron location. In response to the fast-paced and competitive global economy, the company opened a maquiladora in Rio Bravo, Mexico, with a new wholly-owned subsidiary Weldmex Industries S de RL de CV, located a few miles from the border.

Continually Growing

Over its 45-year history in Cameron, Butler Weldments has grown to 70 employees. The company recently completed physical facility expansions to support the growing industries it serves, including defense, mining, construction, marine, power generation, oil & gas, technology, and aerospace.
