This building was originally used as showroom and office space.  The space is highly flexible so could continue to be used as office space or it could be configured for a small manufacturing, distribution or service operation.  The building is located in the Cameron Industrial Park.   Fencing could be added for outside ground storage or secured storage as well.  Currently, parking is gravel  and grass.

The building has two restrooms and a separate refreshments area with sink and cabinetry.  The building also features two offices at roughly 15' x 15'.  The main part of the building is open and unpartitioned.
