Cameron Autoplex a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership is the newest business in the Cameron Business Park.  The Cameron Autoplex is located on the frontage of the Cameron Business Park at 2012 Thornton, Cameron, TX. 76520.


Baylor Scott and White Clinic and Pharmacy located at 101 Lafferty Avenue, Cameron, TX 76520.  Opened in August 2010.  The Clinic and Pharmary are also on the frontage in the Cameron Business Park provides one of the many great, options for healthcare in Cameron. 


The Texas Department of Human Service's new office is now located in the Cameron Business Park at 201 Lafferty Avenue, Cameron, Texas. 


Milam Inns and Suites a Budget Host property opened in February of 2007.  This is a superior 40 room in corridor property located at 101 Lafferty Avenue, Cameron, Texas on the Cameron Business Park Frontage.  


Highway Frontage lots are still available and ideally suited for:

Traffic Counts

Published TxDot traffic count indicated 9,900 vehicles per day pass in front of the park. However, Bob Colwell, public transportation officer for the Bryan District, estimated that 2026, to 20,100 vehicles per day. Those numbers represent a sizable prospective customer base for any commercial or retail business locating in Cameron Business Park. The most up-to-date TX Dot traffic counts are available through the Texas Department of Transportation.  The following map reflects the most current counts available in the 2013 issued maps.
